Our Engagement Manager will play a significant role in shaping the strategy and growth of the firm. This individual should have experience working at a blue-chip strategy consulting firm with prior experience in commercial diligence / strategic due diligence assignments, experience with quick-time frames (2 to 4-week projects), and growth strategy-oriented projects. This individual will be involved in project execution/management, creative problem solving, engagement scoping / proposal writing, internal and external stakeholder management, as well as contributing to overall firm building initiatives.
Responsibilities:
•Generate impactful insights on projects through rigorous data analysis and research
•Manage, mentor, and develop Associate team
•Play a part in recruiting, planning, business development, marketing operations, and more
•Experience writing business proposals / scopes
•Managing team through leadership and mentorship

•Solving analytical challenges and identifying critical client issues
Qualifications:
•3-5 years of experience with a strategy consulting firm
•MBA preferred, but not required
•Effective client presentation skills and ability to work towards being a liaise with clients
•Ability to generate impactful insights on projects through rigorous data analysis and research
•Pay will be commensurate with experience
•Must be willing to be based in Boston
